Roofing Receptionist
Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as a Roofing Receptionist at State Public Adjusting.
Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: As a roofing receptionist, you’ll be the face of our company. Greet clients, subcontractors, and suppliers with a warm welcome when they visit our office.
- Phone and Email Management: Be the first in line to answer incoming calls. Juggle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Office Coordination: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is essential. You’ll communicate with staff, clients, and vendors via email. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word will help you create meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate food delivery and set-up for sales meetings and product demonstrations. Prepare the conference room for job reviews, including handling AV equipment.
- Supply Management: Ensure office supplies (pens, paper, toner, coffee) are stocked at the appropriate level.
- Website and Social Media Assistance: Assist in maintaining our website and Facebook pages.
- Client Follow-Up: Contact clients when material sale items are ready for pickup.
- Accounts Receivable Support: Take payments, including cash and credit cards.
- Building Security: Lock up the building, ensuring all lights, heaters, and fans are turned off.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficient with Technology: Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Organized and Reliable: Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Location: You must be able to work remotely.
